After a couple of years having disparate sites, we have put all our content eggs in one basket.  Using WordPress, we have consolidated our orignal site’s content, imported all of our blog posts and ready to move forward on the new platform.

Along with each new show having its own page (click on ‘Shows’ link), we will be able to bring you more news, guest bloggers and web only content – both the early release and the get no where else kind.  You can also sign up to get posts emailed, visit 1100 KFNX’s site and see our most recent tweets along with following us on Twitter.  Let us know if there is anything else we need – a voicemail to leave messages, maybe?

Here are the five tech stories we are reading this morning:

– Mr Know-It-All from Wired [JUMP]
– Outlook’s Facebook Integration from BBC [JUMP]
– Bridge on a Boat from Gizmodo [JUMP]
– Donation Scams from NYT [JUMP]
– Another Russian Spy …from TechCrunch [JUMP]

Our site of the week is – Pandora.com is a music site that builds custom streaming channels based on your interests.  Using Artists and Songs, you tell Pandora what you like, and it plays songs based on those suggestions.  Each song it offers up can be given a thumbs up or down; bookmarked (song and/or artist); offer a very interesting explanation to ‘why was this song selected’; and more.  Making multiple stations for different moods along with stations crafted by Pandora can provide the mood for any task or no task at all.  If you like music and don’t Pandora, you are welcome.  If you already Pandora, you know what I mean.

If you have any suggestions, questions or comments about the website, send them to web at imitechtalk dot com.

Check back in a couple of days for more info on this Sunday’s show.
